"Point Blank" - Spectacle

Wazzup, EC was on the Bruce Channel today on Sirius and finally unveiled "Point Blank" from Spectacle! The good news...I recorded it. However, I recorded it on my iPhone under the voice memo. I recorded the whole song and it actually came out really good. I was there that night and it was ...

Re: Elvis/Imposters, Nashville, Sept. 25 '11

Is it me or is EC "mailing it in" with these shows? It seems that the Spinning shows have had relatively good set lists but poor energy. The cage and bar get more of a reaction out of the crowds than the songs. For instance, "You Bowed Down" was like watching a 3rd grade Christma...

Re: Elvis's last great album

Last good album in my book is Momofuku. It didn't get much play on tour and EC then rushed into the studio to do Sulphur (which I am not a fan of). When I Was Cruel was very good as well. Again, both were rock albums with different sounds and capabilities. The last great album is really up for debat...

Squeeze on Jimmy Fallon

Pretty cool. I didn't see this posted. In case you are wondering, it is just Difford and Tillbrook without everybody else...which was Squeeze anyway. ps. Check out the "square" playing the Piano app on his iPad. It was pretty cool! He does a solo around 2 min 20 seconds. Enjoy! http://www....

Hoover Factory - Barbican 9 March 2010

Saw this on youtube and didn't see it posted here or ... I might have missed it.

Didn't hear much about this and wasn't sure what else he might have sung.

Enjoy.

Re: Spectacle season 2

Here are a few. Seeds was the best song of the night and also the loudest! Unfortunately, the sound is a little dull regarding the attached.

Re: EC on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, Nov. 20, 2009

Stripped down version of High Fidelity....really good. EC comes on with about 10 minutes left in the show (interview/High Fidelity). Thanks for the previous post regarding IDWTGTC (online only, not on NBC).

Re: SPECTACLE APOLLO 2 debut!

I haven't seen this posted anywhere (including the backstreets.com), but EC made a reference of how much work goes into the shows. He ultimately suggested that "this was it." Meaning, that this is the second and last season. I was 3rd row and he looked exhausted and made several comments a...

Re: backstreets says RADIO SILENCE too???

Sup dudes, EC was doing a whole speech before they went into Radio Nowhere/Radio Radio. He really didn't sing it per se, it was more of a mention if anything else. It was a killer night. I was in the 3rd row. I can't believe none of those bruce-heads didn't record anything. They tape the guy going t...
