I paid the standard $202 price from Amazon and received copy #99. Which is WAY louder than 11. I like the audio disc, have yet to investigate the DVD or vinyl, and the book is nicely done if slight. And I like the actual working spinning wheel. I was in the second row at the 4/11/11 Wiltern show and...
