Technicalities

"Red" is a noun that refers to the long-wave end of the visilbe light spectrum. Of course, it is also an adjective, a fact that was brought out during the questioning. The hounds found it, and that's the game. Maybe it was a little misleading, but the adjectivial question just wasn't asked...

Good question.

It is, in fact featured prominantly during Valentine's season. Oddy, it holds differing connotaions as well, such as anger.

But it can handle it.

Some big hints

Ah, Gilli, it is not pigeon. Remember what I said about the noun's adjectivial value, and go back a read the clues again, even the clue that you so imperviously inserted into your last post...

Odd variables

It's a candidate for greatest thing ever: of it's category it might be a personal "favorite". It's one of those things that really can't be valued, or posessed, although it might be an atribute of a posession. It has always existed on this plane, and if it were to somehow go away, it would...

Clairvoyance

Clearly, Laughingcrow has the will and ability to read a dog's mind from the vantage of a great distance. Too bad that the wrong page is being read. Both "dust" and "atom" have been on the short list for noun fixing for quite sometime. The noun is neither of those, but I suppose,...

Noun du jour

It's hard to say that it is an object at all, but I suppose it is. Around most houses, you don't see much of it, I'd say, and in almost every situation it could only be seen in association with another object. It does exist. Ask a question get a clue. It's not a button, but the button could be this,...

Pissing missive

Hey, Shabbs, there a game right here on this board! It's called READ THE DOG'S MIND. It's real easy. First, you ask the dog simple questions about what noun is stuck in his head. You know, questions like "is it a person place or thing?", or "is it animal vegetable or mineral?". (...

Chemistry

Anger and booze are both highly volitile, and should not be mixed. If you think you might be drinking too much, try stopping. Seriously. If you find it difficult, try smoking a big fatty. That should hold it off for a few more days. If you still find not drinking to be difficult after that, whatever...

Elvis's thang

I like where your mind's at Gilli.

Since it is assumed that the noun is Elvis related, that halted noun on your tongue would have been appropriate, especially given all the talk over on the Elvis gossip thread.

Gee, I'd like to see Dean get the nomination, but I think that if it looks like he might win the election, somebody will shoot him. He's a real Democrat, which the DNC will have trouble supporting. Lies, damn lies, and weapons of mass distraction

I wouldn't kill myself over something like that. He felt ashamed? Otis, you suspect he might have been taken out? Drugged, then cut? Wow.

Try this article. The internet is a good thing. Without it, we would all be so easily duped!

Handy rope

It's simple, DrJ. The cold water hose connects to the cold water faucet, and the hot water hose to the hot water faucet. The drain hose pretty much hangs into the drain. All of these fixures should be right there where your washer goes. Then, you plug in the electrical cord. It's easier than actuall...

Red little bit

I just gotta pick at this.

I don't know Cait, but I do know that you don't know anybody until you have lived with them. Maybe Elvis lived through fifteen years of Hell, and this was payback.

Maybe he just met Diana, and forgot all about Cait.

How romantic!
