Great news, made my day. I'm curious as to what the direction or sound will be. Will it be a continuation of SP&S/ National Ransom ? Or will it be like Momofuku? In any event, I have to pinch myself. I'll actually be listening to a new Elvis Costello & the Imposters album hopefully this year.

I lived in Vegas for over 30 years. I still have a lot of family and friends there. I was trying to arrange a trip to LV to attend at least one of the shows. There are some pretty serious sexual misconduct allegations against Steve Wynn. I would think that has to be the reason.

Loved IB then, love it now. With it's artistic reach in breadth and scope, I always thought of it as his "Beatles" album. It certainly didn't hurt to have Geoff Emerick involved either. I'm disappointed he didn't bring the IB and Other Chambers Tour out west.

This is something that I've often wondered too. I know it's not recent but Springsteen , finally after all these years, has been officially selling his shows. Although my wallet and my wife would hate me for it, I'd gladly pony up the cash for multiple Elvis shows.

It sounded ok to these ears. Sadly it's incomplete. Ah technology. So far, the Ann Arbor show is the bellwether. Then again, there's not a lot to choose from.

I was there too and it was wonderful to see Elvis in a different setting. Yes Davey was there. Unfortunately there were intermittent sound problems primarily with Elvis's mic. Excuse my ignorance but who wrote Share your love with me.

All I can say is that I hope that Elvis's fingerprints are all over this more so than Marcus Mumford's.

I agree completely. Your description of Mumford and Sons being a folk version of Coldplay is apt. I would rather pour molten lava into my ears than listen to either one of them. That said, Lost on the River will be a first day purchase for me.
