I read there was an “incident” reported on Facebook (which I don’t use). Anybody there who can elaborate? I heard a heckler was “escorted” out.
Who’s this kid with his mumbo jumbo?

I was on the other side of the orchestra so luckily didn't know about it till Elvis went over to stage left to play "Toledo". He said "I'm not sitting down because I'm tired, I just want to see this motherfucker over here". Then he told the guy not to mess with him, you don't want to fuck with me tonight, or something like that. Then he said he was just kidding. Apparently this guy was standing and yelling, and I read later he got taken away. That's all I know. Sound (DRUMS) was so loud I never heard the guy myself...verbal gymnastics wrote:I read there was an “incident” reported on Facebook (which I don’t use). Anybody there who can elaborate? Go Elvis. Words I wish I could have unleashed on a few of my co-workers today. Chuckleheads are everywhere.

The loud mouthed drunk was a guy named “Don Broccoli”. He was a complete asshole! I was sitting in front of him a few seats away, he kept talking after Elvis’ warning. After I stood up and told him to shut up, the security guards showed him the door. But wait there’s more… The was another very drunk guy in a suit and pink bow tie who wanted a pic of himself leaning against the stage. The first time he did it was obnoxious but okay, the second time, I told him to sit down, the third time he bumped into a woman in the front row, I helped him find his seat!verbal gymnastics wrote:I read there was an “incident” reported on Facebook (which I don’t use). It was a great show, even with a couple of inconsiderate twats.
BTW I saw EC at the Gramercy on Feb 11 & he blew a fuse that night!

What started as someone who clearly was thrilled to be at the show , chatting in the bar, got over excited maybe an extra "beer" and move from having fun to obnoxious unfortunately. Elvis was clearly not happy
