RIVERBOAT tidbit ends RIVER IN REVERSE...more?

Post by bronxapostle »

the last two nights at the beacon, he DEFINITELY threw in a couple lines of "RIVERBOAT" at the end of THE RIVER IN REVERSE. i feel like there might have been yet ANOTHER line from a "different" tune. ANY HELP?

A few lines from Boken Promise Land have been used in most of the recent performances of RIR .

On the recording of the first Beacon show, just before going into "Riverboat," Elvis sings "Then he threw something down into the rushing river and won't ever recover," which is a line from his own "The Name Of This Thing Is Not Love."

Is that what you have in mind?
