I think out of twenty-odd pictures, I'm smiling in one. And yet, I was having such a good time...

What, has everyone given up drunk photography? For shame!
This series (and there are others, too ridiculous for public consumption) is what I like to call: miss buenos aires+alcohol+"Pump It Up"+a stage=

MBA;
The first in the series of dance photos appears to be a reenactment/outtake of a famous dance sequence that opens 1989's "Do The Right Thing"...Spike Lee's "Harvest", "Sgt Peppers" (read: Spike Lee's best film by a ton!)
Rosie Perez kicks the shit out of Public Enemy's "Fight the Power" during the opening credits of the movie. It is a thrilling sequence, and my daughter and I often play the beginning of the film and try to emulate the dance together, usually resulting in uncontrolled hilarity and silliness because we can't even come close without breaking lamps or pulling muscles.
Watch the dance, if you can (and stick around for the movie. It is a great film if you haven't seen it.) If you can dance like Rosie dances, then you are even more talented than I had previously thought.

Welcome! I think he was commenting on the fact that you mentioned 'Get Back' (as opposed to Get Happy?).

I'm thinking it's because you were totally drunk when you posted. If so, welcome!
