cheap books

This is for all non-EC or peripheral-EC topics. We all know how much we love talking about 'The Man' but sometimes we have other interests.

cheap books

Post by BlueChair »

I love cheap book fairs. There's a big annual one on campus. I picked up decent paperbacks of Paul Auster's Timbuktu, Charles Chaplin's My Autobiography, and William S. Burroughs Naked Lunch for $2 CDN each. I may have to get back to the fair before it ends!

Naked Lunch is one of those books I attempted to read, but after a hundred pages I just forgot about it. I think I left it on the bus or in a trunk of a rental car.

Naked Lunch took me forever to read. I finally finished it but I could never really get into it. I prefer Junky . . .
