Pete Thomas on Spicks and Specks

Post by 10 »

Hey guys,
I'm at the recording of Spicks and Specks as we speak.

Pete Thomas is a guest on it this week. And he's great. (He plays a medley drum solo of a bunch of big Elvis songs as the closer.)
And he's really funny. Not sure when it goes to air... But I imagine it's soonish?

For those non-Aussies on the forum, SPICKS AND SPECKS is a bit of an institution in modern Australian television. The original run of the show came to an end a few years back, and this is the reboot with a largely unchanged format, but new host and team captains.

It sort of the Australian NEVER MIND THE BUZZCOCKS.

But the music questions are often actually interesting.
