Otis - good choice. Bowie's just lovely, especially since he gave up the fags.

Out: The Beach Boys, cos that particular one happens to be pretty boring and dated imo.
In: Fumbled Priest - Who Said Forbidden Love Couldn't Last? Doof, I much prefer the early period especially the raw and catchy Caught With My Pants Down EP.

David Bowie - Station To Station
Joni Mitchell - This Flight Tonight
The Jam - When You're Young

Bjork - Violently Happy
The Kinks - This Time Tomorrow

I actualy prefer the Four Tops' cover. And bravo to Pophead for bringing a little Neneh Cherry to the party. I love all singers named "Neneh" or "Nina"...unless there are bad ones I haven't thought of, that is.

Just who/what are Left Banke and, especially, Fumbled Prince?

Out: Left banke (pardon my ignorance)
In: Frank Zappa (I actually know vrery little about him, but this is a great take on 'the American Dream'. It's my boys' favourite in-car music. they chuckle away to parts of it, but fortunately don't ask too many questions)

Bryan Ferry - The In Crowd
The Jam - When You're Young
Bjork - Violently Happy
The Kinks - This Time Tomorrow
The Beatles - Here Comes The Sun
Stone Roses - Waterfall
Husker Du - Ice Cold Ice
Frank Zappa - Bobby Brown Goes Down
Neneh Cherry - Buffalo Stance
Radiohead - Karma Police

Otis...Fumbled PRIEST...not Prince. They are a really great dutch band with an original rootsy blusey feel. You should check them out. Sort of like a cross between early Stones and late Strickle Soldiers. Def worth a listen
