The veterans among us may recall Paul Weller’s protege Tracie, star of his Respond label, comprising the time he switched from Jam suits to Style Council jumpers. She had a hit in 1983 "The House That Jack Built” about which the less said the better.
However her 1984 debut album, Far from the Hurting Kind apparently features a song Elvis wrote for her called "(I Love You) When You Sleep". Hoping this hasn’t come up before thought it might be fun to pool the board knowledge about this possibly lost gem. Over to you.
