London Meet Up - Saturday 21st October

A London forum meet up has been arranged on Saturday 21st October at our usual haunt of

White Swan pub, 21 Alie Street, Aldgate East, E1 8DE https://www.whiteswanaldgate.co.uk/

We will be starting at 1pm.

It is also an opportunity for you to have a drink with me for my 60th birthday which is in September, whilst fellow superfan Janice is 65 at the end of October.

Turns out I’m in London that day to see Toyah and Robert Fripp at Shepherd’s Bush Empire so I’ll definitely get down early to the meet up. It’s in my diary!

It was a great event!
Arrived at 12.30, left at 22.30! Ten hours in a pub with a great bunch of people! Thanks to VG for organising!

What a terrific day - about 25 of us turned up with a few unfortunate last minute absentees (which will always happen with a group this size).

This was by far the largest turnout and was full of great conversations, laughter and 2 types of birthday cake - one organised by a few people and one home made.

Sulky of course provided giveaways

The new venue was set out better so the consensus was to go back there.

I’ll look to organise something next year. Hopefully it’ll coincide with an Elvis tour!
