Cleveland Heights Mayor Ed Kelley said his city closed one of its pools, Denison, last year when a tax levy failed and won't reopen it this year. The other pool, at Cumberland Park, will be open. Cain Park will put community-theater productions on a smaller stage this year, Kelley said, and will use the big stage for more concerts, including performances by the Beach Boys, Arlo Guthrie and Elvis Costello.
