Pittsburgh mourns fallen officers
Pittsburgh mourns fallen officers
Most of the city was at a standstill today in paying respect for three officers killed in the line of duty last Saturday. Thousands of police officers, some from all over the nation and Canada lined the streets of Pgh and Oakland in paying tribute to the officers. For those of you who are familar with Oakland, Fifth Avenue -the whole artery- became a parking lot for police cars. As far as the eye could see parked patrol cars, groups of police personnel, and bystanders just watching the procession.
