Elvis Costello at the AVO Session in Basel maybe?

I would like to know if somebody knows if Elvis tours in Europe this year in October-November? As there is the AVO Session here in Basel, a Festival taking place in October-November and I guess, as Elvis tours and has just released a new album, he could show up here.
