What a great night, I'm the Hammer Guy, my eldestest daughters first Elvis gig and she gets to join him on stage with her dad, it's surreal.

My youngest daughter was actually picked but nerves got the better of her, she's seen EC before at Warwick Arts Centre 2005. She said her heart would explode if she went on stage!

We'd love some pics of us swinging the hammer, unfortunately we are hidden from shot on the Youtube of No Particular Way To Go. Homefully more posts will come through.

Motel Matches has always been a favourite and I would of chosen Country Darkness if i'd spotted it. Pete and Dave gave an appreciative nod to my Bedlam choice, but I should of guessed this rythmic number would result in a trip to the cage, with Elvis, truely amazing.
Great stuff!

I've put up a Have you spun the SSB thread - you should share your experience there!

I was in the 3rd row right by the cage so I saw you, your daughter and Elvis very clearly!
Who’s this kid with his mumbo jumbo?

Thanks to Mr Foyle for spotting this, which explains why...

Calliope Media are co-producing a definitive documentary portrait of Elvis Costello with Les Films d’ici (Paris) and others. The project is in development with ARTE France and will be co-financed by the BBC, in collaboration with Universal Music and other partners with whom discussions are currently under way. The project has been in development for over a year and shooting started in May 2012 during Elvis’s UK tour. This will be the first authorised portrait of one of rock music’s most original writers and performers.

I also note two separate shows at Symphony Hall next year. Presumably filming will be over by then, but recording will continue... :D
