The British Oscars, the BAFTAS, nominations are out and T Bone Burnett's up for the The Anthony Asquith Award for achievement in film music for Walk The Line, it almost makes the ceremony on Feb 19th worth watching.

This is great and all but I really do wish he would stop fucking around with movie soundtracks and release his own record.

Indeed, he could at least finish off the re-issuing of Proof Through The Night.

I have a decent enough vinyl-to-cdr transfer, surface noise and all, it would be so good to get a proper digital copy.

Awesome, although I shouldnt have really been moaning as Ive just realised I hadnt got that compilation Alpha Band release yet - so have remedied that, and cant wait to hear this.
