Just curoius- why is he doing this? Seemed odd that Steve would not be at this one show.

Dunno, but David Hidalgo's got a great voice and has written some incredible songs, so it should be a very enjoyable show. I remember seeing Los Lobos at Locomotive in Paris in 1987. What a fun live band. I'd drive down to Baltimore for this one if I had the time.

Just went to http://www.stevenieve.com to try to find out. Not the easiest site to navigate. Does anybody remember his journal password or know if there's a news page?
